   Benefits, Pay, Paid Time Off. Community Outreach. You can move upwards apace if y'all are in proficient favor of the DM. Become a "practiced ole boy" and y'all will make it.

   Cons

   DM micromanages. DM has to interview ALL associates and take the final say on employment. Hour represents the COMPANY beginning not the associates. HFT Hotline is a joke in the Ga Primal Commune. Truck Processes and other MMSOP'due south are not consistent course shop to store. DMs overlook SMs who are in their good graces no matter the results.

    Store leadership was not bad, same with squad in stores, follow the processes and operations run slap-up, need to ensure stores have stiff dependable leaders to open close the store, need answers for external theft, recommendations continue deaf ears, so you let the customers walk out with expensive tools impacting shrink and turn a profit,

    Cons

    E'er irresolute truck deliveries which impact numerous schedule changes and difficult to control payroll once initial schedules are set, upper leadership (DM) don't get involved with logistics, only get the truck washed and trim payroll over the weekend to come in line. Metrics take to exist made each calendar week or you get the nasty phone calls
